Vinci: Eurovia makes acquisition in Quebec
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening, Vinci's subsidiary Eurovia, which is specialised in transport infrastructure and urban planning, announced that it has acquired the Québec-based civil engineering company Pavages Chenail.
Pavages Chenail has 200 employees and generated sales of 70 million Canadian dollars (45 million euros) in 2017. It operates two large quarries and three production plants in the greater Montreal and Montérégie region.
This acquisition will strengthen Eurovia Québec's network, which is present in ten regions of the province.
