Vinci: new express road commissioned in Lima
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci Highways has commissioned Section 2 of the Lima Expressway in Peru.
This is a 9-kilometre long toll road which goes to the economic centres of the Peruvian capital. This new section adds to the 16 kilometres of existing lanes of the first section.
It will improve circulation, reduce travel times and improve mobility within an agglomeration of 10 million people, the fifth largest metropolis in Latin America, Vinci said.
Over 40,000 vehicles are expected to use the new section daily.
