Vinci: creates a social joint venture with Ares
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci has announced the creation of a social joint venture called Liva.
Taking the form of an SAS (joint stock company), Ares (51%) and Vinci Construction France (49%), aim to provide logistics services to building sites.
The company, whose executive governance will be managed by Ares, will thus meet the insertion requirements contained in many contracts and will participate in innovation in site logistics.
Located at the premises of Vinci Construction France in Nanterre, Liva will welcome its first employee on a reintegration program in July 2018. The company aims to recruit 20 employees by the end of 2018, with around fifty by the end of 2019.
