Vinci: Eurovia takes over the Estonian TREV-2
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurovia, a subsidiary of Vinci that specialises in transport infrastructure, this morning announced the acquisition of the Estonian company TREV-2 Grupp.
The competition authorities have yet to decide on this deal, the terms of which have not been specified.
Founded in Estonia in 1961, the target completes road works, including the motorway connecting Tallinn, the Estonian capital, to Tartu and the Tallinn ring road. It expanded into Lithuania in 1994, followed by Latvia in 2017. TREV-2 has a workforce of around 360 people and generated revenues of 70 million euros last year.
