Vinci: wins contracts in Cameroun

(CercleFinance.com) - After the Ivory Coast yesterday (as part of a consortium, also consisting of Egis, Baudin-Chateauneuf and Alcor), Sogea-Satom, a subsidiary of Vinci, has been chosen to complete two major road projects in Cameroon on behalf of the Ministry of civil engineering, we learned after trading on Thursday.


Amounting to 112 million euros, the first contract covers the landscaping of a stretch of 135 km on the RN15 between Lena and Tibati, in the centre of the country, and 6.7 km of highways in the town of Tibati.

Worth 102.4 million euros, the second contract is for the construction of a 106 km section of road of between Olama and Bigambo which will be part of the future provincial highway 18 (with a total length of 271 km southwest of Yaounde).
