Vinci: acquisition in Quebec
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurovia, a subsidiary of Vinci specialised in urban transport infrastructure, has signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire the assets of TNT, a Quebec based civil engineering company and subsidiary of Transelec Common, we learned after trading on Monday.
TNT currently employs about 430 people and last year generated turnover of around 112 million euros.
This deal reinforces Eurovia Québec's network and teams in 10 regions of the Province.
