Vinci: Vinci Immobilier transaction in Sables d'Olonne

Vinci reported on Monday that Vinci Immobilier has signed a contract to sell the OVELIA retirement home in Sables d'Olonne (Vendée) with Immovalor Gestion.
Located in a popular seaside resort for seniors, this major project, which is being jointly developed with PROMOCEAN, offers high added value services. It consists of 119 apartments, nearly 1,200 metres squared of common areas and 42 parking spaces.
In addition, the project integrates the extensive rehabilitation of a building that formerly hosted a hotel that has been transformed into a leisure centre. This residence will be operated by OVELIA, a subsidiary of Vinci Immobilier specialising in the management of senior residences.
