Vinci: acquisition of Wah Loon in Singapore
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci Energies has announced that it has acquired Wah Loon Engineering, a Singapore-based company specialising in major turnkey electrical and mechanical projects, which until now was owned by its management team and the Dymon Asia Private Equity Fund.
Wah Loon has in-depth expertise in several areas: electrical systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), fire protection, systems integration and building management systems.
The company has 360 employees, including 315 in Singapore and 45 in Malaysia. Its revenues, which it mainly generates in the construction of data centers and upmarket commercial and residential projects, are expected to reach 125 million euros in 2018.
