Vinci: two key appointments in Finance department
(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Monday Vinci announced that Thierry Mirville has been appointed as Deputy CFO.
Reporting to Christian Labeyrie, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, he will be responsible for Treasury and funding and the group's fiscal matters.
Meanwhile, Marie Bastart has been appointed CFO of Vinci Concessions. Reporting to Olivier Mathieu, Deputy Executive Director of Vinci Concessions, the long-term employee of Bouygues group will be in charge of the accounting/consolidation, management control, taxation, and structured finance departments.
