Vinci: contract for Vinci Energies in Germany
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci Facilities SKE, the German subsidiary of Vinci Energies, has been granted a contract relating to the restructuring, expansion and management of 4 schools for a period of 29 years by the town of Cologne, as from 1 January 2018, we learned after trading on Tuesday.
Amounting to 163.5 million euros, this PPP (private placement) contract includes the renovation of some listed buildings, the construction of new buildings and the facility management of services: maintenance of premises and outdoor spaces, security, maintenance, management of energy consumption.
These schools have some 2,900 students and 230 teachers. They are located in the district of Mülheim (Elly-Heuss-Knapp-Realschule; Ferdinand-Lassalle-Realschule) and in the districts of Ossendorf (Catholic Elementary School) and Weiden (Georg-Büchner-Gymnasium) in Cologne.
