Vinci: 750 million euro bond placement for Cofiroute.
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci has announced Cofiroute's successful placement of a bond issue of 750 million euros.
This placement will mature in October 2027 and has a coupon of 1.125% p.a.
The issue was oversubscribed to nearly 2.5 times, confirming investors' confidence in the quality of the company's credit, which is rated A- by Standard & Poor's, with a stable outlook.
This issue is intended to finance Cofiroute's general needs. It enables it to take advantage from very good market conditions in order to continue to optimise the cost of its debt and to lengthen its average maturity, management said.
