Vinci: agreement for share repurchases.
(CercleFinance.com) - As part of the implementation of its share repurchase program, on 27 September Vinci announced the signature of a share purchase agreement with an investment service provider.
Pursuant to this agreement, by 22 December 2017 the investment service provider will sell to the construction and concession group a certain number of Vinci shares, worth up to 130 million euros.
This repurchase will be at an average price per share determined on the basis of the market prices recorded throughout the duration of the agreement, with a guaranteed discount. It may not exceed the price set by Vinci's mixed general meeting.
