Ingenico: squeeze-out planned for next week
(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF announces that the squeeze-out on Ingenico shares will take place on 19 November at a price of 123.
10 euros per share and 179 euros per OCÉANE (bond convertible into new or existing shares); it will concern 2,576,195 shares and 10,449 OCEANE bonds of the payment solutions group.
Euronext Paris will publish the detailed timetable for the implementation of the squeeze-out and the date on which Ingenico shares will be delisted from Euronext Paris. They will remain suspended from listing until the squeeze-out is implemented.
