Ingenico: public offer starts on 30 July
(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that the public offer for Ingenico's shares and bonds convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable for existing shares (OCEANE), filed by BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley Europe, Natixis and Société Générale on behalf of Worldline, will open tomorrow, 30 Thursday July 2020.
Its closing date will be set after the AMF receives supporting documentation concerning merger control authorisation from the European Commission, it being specified that the offeror reserves the right to waive this condition.
