Ingenico: Invest Securities downgrades buy rating
(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities has downgrades buy rating on the Ingenico to "neutral," with the broker deeming the stock's upside potential of 26% relative to its new target price of 67 euros (vs.
78 euros previously) insufficient in light low visibility.
While it was convinced that changes were due to occur in its capital, resulting in value creation in the near future, the broker points out that the group's new management has finally decided to end discussions and concentrate on operational matters.
The analyst says that in this context, the credit granted to the future strategic plan could be limited. He now only integrates the fundamentals in his share valuation, no longer integrating speculative appeal: this results in a reduction in the share's target price.
