Capgemini: to implement squeeze-out on Altran on 15 April
(CercleFinance.com) - In accordance with the AMF notice published today, Capgemini says that on 15 April it will implement a squeeze-out with respect to all the remaining shares of Altran Technologies which have not yet been tendered to its friendly takeover bid.
The squeeze-out will relate to all Altran shares that have not been tendered to the takeover bid, with the exception of treasury shares, meaning a total of 4,749,218 shares representing 1.85% of the group's capital and 1.97% of voting rights.
The amount of compensation paid as part of the squeeze-out will be equal to the price of the takeover bid, i.e. 14.50 euros per share. Altran shares will be delisted from Euronext in Paris after the market closes on 15 April.
