Capgemini: 110.6 million Altran shares tendered
(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini says that, according to the AMF, 110,571,163 Altran shares were tendered at the last reopening of its friendly takeover bid.
At the end of the settlement-delivery, scheduled for 8 April, it will hold 98.15% of Altran's capital and at least 98.03% of its voting rights.
Capgemini will ask the AMF tomorrow for the implementation of the squeeze-out procedure in order to be transferred all of the Altran shares not tendered to the offer, at a price of 14.50 euros per share.
