Capgemini: authorised to acquire WhiteSky Labs
(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire WhiteSky Labs, an independent consulting firm specialised in MuleSoft solutions, with operations in Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines and Singapore.
WhiteSky Labs has over 150 employees, who will will strengthen Capgemini's teams, harnessing the potential of API integration to accelerate the digital transformation of public and private sector organisations in the region.
WhiteSky Labs works for more than 40 MuleSoft clients, including Energy Australia, Qantas and 7-Eleven. The transaction, whose financial terms were not specified, is subject to usual conditions and is expected to be completed in the coming weeks.
