Capgemini: gets an approval for Altran acquisition
(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini announced on Thursday evening that it has obtained approval from the US CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States) for its proposed acquisition of Altran.
"After the announcement of the filing of the draft offer document with the French financial market authority (AMF), this regulatory clearance is a new step towards the completion of this combination," Capgemini said.
The deal is expected to be finalised by the end of FY 2019.
