Capgemini: acquires 11.4% of Altran's capital
(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini said on Tuesday evening that is now holds 29,378,319 Altran shares after the settlement-delivery of the OTC acquisition of a block of shares from shareholders that was organised around Apax Partners.
This transaction follows the final agreement for the acquisition of this block, representing 11.43% of Altran's capital, signed on 24 June 2019, the French IT services giant said.
These shares will be taken into account in calculating the waiver threshold for Capgemini's proposed takeover bid that it plans to make on all of Altran's shares, which would be set at 50.10% of its share capital and voting rights.
