Capgemini: BlackRock cuts stake to under 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, BlackRock has infromed the AMF on 20 June it reduced its stake in Capgemini to below the threshold of 5% of the group's capital and that it now holds, on behalf of the said clients and funds, 4.
99% of the group's capital and voting rights.
The breaking of these thresholds results from the sale of Capgemini shares - both OTC and on the market, in addition to the restitution of shares held as collateral.
