Capgemini: BlackRock stake above 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 27 March it has raised its stake in Capgemini's capital to above the thresholds of 5% of its voting rights and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 5.
01% of the group's capital and voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from the receipt of Capgemini shares held as collateral.
