Capgemini: multi-year contract with Valmet
(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini has announced signing a significant multi-year contract with Valmet, a company that develops and delivers technologies, automation and services for the pulp, paper and energy sectors.
"Through this newly established strategic partnership Valmet secures access to Capgemini's global IT and digital engineering and manufacturing expertise to support its IT transformation," the IT services group said.
Capgemini will be in charge of the management and development of the entire Valmet IT environment; particularly Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), as well as Delivery, Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications.
