Capgemini: acquires Doing in Italy
(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini today announces the acquisition of Doing, a 100% digital agency that is based in Italy, a targeted acquisition that will enable the French IT services giant to expand its portfolio of digital services offered in this country.
The transaction, whose financial terms were not specified, should be finalised sometime next month. It is part of the aims of Capgemini Invent to accompany decision-makers in the design and construction of the futures of their organisations.
Organised in three major practices (Technology, Content and Media and Insights and Experience), Doing has over 200 employees, who are mainly based in Milan and Rome. It accompanies about 50 clients, including ALD Automotive, L'Oréal and Lavazza.
