(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini today announces the acquisition of Adaptive Lab, a digital design studio that helps companies use technological developments and their implications for changing customer behaviour.
Formed of a team of 50 designers, developers and strategy specialists, Adaptive Lab has a strong design expertise, particularly in financial and telecommunications services, whose clients include Santander and Vodafone.
The Adaptive Lab team will join Idean's global network of 11 studios, employing over 230 digital strategists, designers and developers. The transaction is set to be finalised in the next few weeks.
