Capgemini: bond loan raised to 1.1 billion euros

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini has announced that yesterday it successfully set the terms for a 1.
1 billion euro bond issue, which includes two tranches.

The first tranche amounts to 600 million euros, due in 6 and a half years (the 2024 tranche), bearing a coupon of 1.00% (issue price 99.377%). The second tranche amounts to 500 million euros, due in 10 years (tranche 2028), bearing a coupon of 1.75% (issue price 99.755%).

Given the significant oversubscription to the offering, the bond issue, which was initially announced for 1.0 billion euros, has been increased to 1.1 billion euros.
