Capgemini: partnership with Spie subsidiary
(CercleFinance.com) - We learned after trading on Thursday that Capgemini and SPIE ICS, a digital services subsidiary of SPIE Group, have signed an industrial partnership intended for the French market of user support, which covers on-site maintenance and assistance of workstations and associated equipment.
As such, SPIE ICS will become Capgemini's exclusive industrial partner for all types of services and operations on the market of on-site user support.
This partnership aims to establish a commercial and operational collaboration enabling Capgemini and SPIE ICS to unite their expertise on this specific segment of the management of infrastructures. It formalises a collaboration that began in 2013 and which has resulted in some major projects in organisations such as the Commissariat for Atomic Energy and Alternative Energy (ECA) and the French Defence Procurement Agency (DGA).
