Capgemini: acquires LiquidHub
(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini has announced the acquisition of LiquidHub, a US company which is an expert in digital customer engagement, and specialized in the creation of innovative customer experiences.
This acquisition strengthens the group's digital transformation consulting business in North America.
With a purchase of about twice the sales, it confirms the group's ability to achieve its aim of targeted acquisitions, Capgemini said. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the next few months.
Based in Philadelphia, LiquidHub's clients include major brands - especially in financial services, health and life sciences, with the company generating estimated revenues of around 200 million euros in 2017.
