Capgemini: contract with House of Fraser.
(CercleFinance.com) - After seven years of collaboration, Capgemini has announced signing a 15 million pound contract over three years with the UK's department store chain, The House of Fraser.
The IT Group will continue to provide support services for IT infrastructure and applications and will also offer new services to House of Fraser's Innovation Strategy.
Capgemini will therefore provide a Digital Service Desk, as well as a platform for the development and maintenance of new generation applications. In order to streamline costs, it will also deploy the tools and IPs of its Automation Drive service line.
