Saint-Gobain: about to acquire IMPAC in Mexico
(CercleFinance.com) - Late yesterday Saint-Gobain announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire IMPAC, a benchmark player in the construction chemicals market in Mexico.
IMPAC posted sales of nearly 50 million euros in 2020 and has 630 employees.
Saint-Gobain said that the deal is set to be completed in the coming months.
