Saint-Gobain: completes acquisition of Panofrance
(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain has completed the acquisition of the French company Panofrance, a specialist distributor of timber and panels for construction and fittings.
Panofrance's sales reached around 160 million euros in 2020. It has around thirty points of sale in France, and over 600 employees.
It will complement the Dispano brand, a subsidiary of Saint-Gobain specialising in the trading of wood and derivative products, which has 46 sales outlets in France and reported sales of 380 million euros in 2020, the group said.
