Saint-Gobain: disposal in Germany
(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain has announced that it has sold part of its Glassolutions glass processing business in Germany to DIK Deutsche Industriekapital GmbH, an investment company based in Berlin.
The sale concerns seven sites: Bremen, Flensburg, Friborg, Kiel, Murr, Potsdam and Rostock. Total sales of these sites reached 45 million euros in 2019.
"This disposal is part of Saint-Gobain's continued portfolio optimization strategy in the context of its new organization to enhance the Group's growth and profitability profile," the group said.
