(CercleFinance.com) - According to press sources and particularly Europe 1, and Les Echos this morning, Saint-Gobain is seeking to reduce its exposure, or even completely sell Lapeyre, its DIY stores.
According to Les Echos, at a central corporate committee meeting organised in late September, Saint-Gobain announced its intention to search one or more partners, to buy all or part of Lapeyre, the newspaper reports, citing an internal source at Saint-Gobain.
