Saint-Gobain: finalises the sale of K par K
(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain has finalised the sale of K par K, which is mainly specialised in the sale of carpentry and made-to-measure windows on the French market.
K par K reported sales of around 130 million euros in 2018 and has nearly 1,000 employees.
"This transaction marks the continuation of Saint-Gobain's portfolio optimization strategy within the framework of the new organisation," the group said.
Divestments made or signed to date represent sales of over 3.1 billion euros.
