Saint-Gobain: exclusive talks to sell DMTP
(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain has entered exclusive negotiations with Groupe Frans Bonhomme to sell French company Distribution de Matériaux pour les Travaux Publics (DMTP).
This transaction has an enterprise value of 70 million euros.
The company specialises in the distribution of products, essentially concrete products, destined to public works, civil engineering and infrastructure in France.
It achieved turnover of close to 250 million euros with operating profits of close to 3 million euros in 2018.
This project could be finalised over the course of the fourth quarter of 2019 or the first quarter of 2020.
