Saint-Gobain: finalises acquisition of Knauf Mexico
(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain announces that it has just finalised the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Knauf Mexico, a company producing and distributing plasterboard, which last year made sales of almost 30 million euros.
With this acquisition, the materials supplier is getting a foothold in
the plasterboard market in Mexico and is strengthening its position in a
fast-growing construction market where it already has a leading position
in the glass sector.
