Saint-Gobain: BlackRock raises stake

, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, has announced that on 11 October it has increased its stake in Saint-Gobain to above the 5% threshold, and that on behalf of the said clients and funds, is now holds 27,779,511 Saint-Gobain shares, representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 5.03% of the group's capital and 4.47% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been exceeded due to an OTC purchase of Saint-Gobain shares and the receipt of shares held as collateral.
