Saint-Gobain: sells a business in the UK
(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain has sold its facade installation and glazing replacement activities in the UK to a subsidiary of CoBe Capital.
The disposal is effective as from 1 August 2018.
This business generates annual sales of some 70 million pounds and has about 440 employees.
