Saint-Gobain: reinforces capacity in Romania
(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Wednesday Saint-Gobain announced the modernisation and expansion of its rock wool production plant, ISOVER in Ploiesti (Romania).
This facility will be operational in the second half of 2019.
This revamp will significantly increase the plant's production capacity, which will reach 30,000 tonnes per year, and will expand its product range for Romanian and surrounding markets.
It will also enable Saint-Gobain to strengthen its positions in the market of insulation, while meeting the rapid growth in demand in Southeast Europe.
