Saint-Gobain: partnership extended in Middle-East
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening Saint-Gobain announced an extension of its partnership with the Kuwaiti company Alghanim Industries.
Already involved in two joint ventures for the manufacture of insulation products in Turkey (Izocam) and Saudi Arabia (SIIMCO), both companies have decided to extend their partnership joint venture KIMMCO in Kuwait from today.
As the regional leader in insulation, with a glass wool manufacturing plant in Shuaiba, Kuwait, KIMMCO operates under the Saint-Gobain ISOVER license. In 2016 the company had total sales of close to 24 million Kuwaiti dinars (c. 70 million euros) in Kuwait and the Middle East.
