Saint-Gobain: finalises takeover of Glava in Norway.
(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain announces that it has completed the acquisition of Glava, a major player in the insulation market in Norway.
The group entered into exclusive negotiations with the founding families and shareholders of Glava for the repurchase of their shares. Having received approval from the Norwegian competition authority, this operation has now been finalised.
Glava reported 2016 revenues of over 140 million euros. This company provides a full range of insulating products and accessories to its customers.
