(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that it has reduced its stake to below the 5% threshold of Saint-Gobain's voting rights on 17 August and now holds, on behalf of its clients and funds, 5.
58% of Saint-Gobain's capital and 4.97% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from the sale of Saint-Gobain shares both outside and on the market, and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
