Unibail-Rodamco: sale agreement signed for Ariane Tower
(CercleFinance.com) - Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield announces that it has signed a sale agreement for the Ariane tower with GIC, the Sovereign fund of Singapore, for a net price of 464.
9 million euros, representing a premium above the latest external valuations.
This office block, which is located at La Défense business district, covers over 64,500 m² of usable gross rental area (SUBL). This transaction is subject to typical conditions precedent and is expected to be finalised by the end of the year.
It is one of the three billion euros of disposals that have been announced over the next few years as part of its strategy of rotating European assets. Over 55% of this program has already been completed or is in progress, having started on 30 June.
