Unibail-Rodamco: Blackrock raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting for its clients and funds managed, US asset manager BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 18 January, it increased its stake in Unibail-Rodamco's capital and voting rights to above the thresholds of 10%, with BlackRock now holding for the said clients and funds 10.

This crossing of these thresholds results from purchases of Unibail-Rodamco shares both on the market and over-the-counter.
BlackRock has specified that it does not intend to take control of the company nor to request a position on the group's board, nor the appointment of one or more persons as director/s, member/s of its board of directors or supervisory board.
