Plastic Omnium: completes private placement of E400m
(CercleFinance.com) - Plastic Omnium yesterday completed a private placement governed by German law called Schuldschein, totaling 400 million euros.
The proceeds of this issue prepare for the refinancing of the 300 million euro Schuldschein maturing in June 2023.
This private placement, without covenant, with maturities of 3, 5 and 7 years, offers an average financing rate of 1.58%.
