Plastic Omnium: divests environment subsidiary for E220m
(CercleFinance.com) - Plastic Omnium has confirmed the sale of its subsidiary Plastic Omnium Environment BV to the Consortium Latour Capital/Bpifrance (Banque Publique d'Investissement).
This divestment has an enterprise value of 220 million euros.
This business is the European leader in putting waste into containers. The subsidiary has six factories in France, Germany and Spain, an R&D centre and customer services, in addition to a network of agencies and service points serving 8,000 clients.
The company generates revenues of 340 million euros. It has 1,800 employees and operates in 12 countries.
