Veolia: accepts Engie's requests
(CercleFinance.com) - Veolia confirms that it welcomes Engie's requests.
The group announces the extension of the validity of the offer presented yesterday to Engie until Monday 5 October 2020.
By that date, it will formalise the terms of its commitment not to launch a hostile bid for Suez shares.
Veolia responded favourably to these two requests in a letter yesterday to Engie's Board Chairman.
