Veolia: BlackRock reduces stake below 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 6 August 2020 it reduced its stake in Veolia Environnement to below the threshold of 5% of its capital and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 27,295,282 Veolia Environnement shares, i.
e. the same number of voting rights, or 4.81% of the group's capital and 4.53% of its voting rights.
The breaking of this threshold results from the sale of Veolia Environnement shares - OTC and from a reduction in the number of Veolia Environnement shares held as collateral.
