Veolia: suspends outlook
(CercleFinance.com) - Veolia's Board of Directors met on Wednesday and took several decisions.
As the duration of the current health crisis and its impact on the world economy are not yet known, the outlook announced for fiscal year 2020 has been suspended. Veolia will present a more detailed impact in its forthcoming publications.
Veolia is still holding its AGM on 22 April. It will be held behind closed doors in order to comply with the strict health constraints implemented in France, while voting will only be by post or Internet.
At the AGM the payment of a cash dividend of 0.50 euro per share will be proposed to the vote.
