25 billion dollars to Antin Infrastructure Partners.
This is a portfolio of production plants, including cogeneration, steam, cold and electricity and 13 networks serving ten US cities.
Antin Infrastructure Partners has invested over 5 billion euros in 24 companies in 12 years of existence. Since 2018, Antin Infrastructure Partners has owned Idex, which operates nearly 40 heating and cooling networks in France.
